  • The farmhouse is available for winter rental from aprox. November to April-  price is $1,500 per month
  • Rental pricing is on a monthly basis and will include:  fully furnished farmhouse with three bedrooms, two full baths, kitchen, dining and living area, garage for car and or snowmobiles, local phone use (you may use calling cards), water, electric, heat, trash removal, and direct tv. 
  • The VAST Trail is connected directly to the Sterling Meadow Farm and you can hit the link below to connect to the VAST website, which includes all maps regarding the trail.  www.vtvast.org
